The \10,000 as down payment is

a part of the room charge.


●If you need to make an appointment

after the day when looked

at the building & room,

please make sure the vacant situation

we can receive at the head office by cash

bank account information,

please confirm with the management staff

when you make a reservation.


●Please acknowledge the

down payment is not refundable

after making a reservation.


●In case of postponement of check in,

please confirm with the person

in charge of reserva -tion.

Availability will differ depending

on fullness of room

situation or vacant situation.

a look at the building & room

because of arriving

from oversea or out of Tokyo area.


●For those who is
making reservation with out
looking at the building & Room,

the reservation will be completed

after paying the down payment

made with out looking at the

building & Room and the guest is

“not favored” the room,

cancellation can be accepted.

When the guest needs to cancel,

the full paid amount be refunded


●The cancellation can not be available

AFTER checked in to the room.
